Kevin is a Credentialed Mediator through the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association and is also a member of the Dispute Resolution Section of the American Bar Association as well as the Texas Association of Mediators.

He completed his mediation training through the Dispute Resolution Center in Austin Texas in 2004 and has successfully mediated complex civil disputes since that time. In addition to serving as Mediator, Kevin has successfully served as lead counsel in hundreds of mediations on behalf of clients and is known for his creative and persuasive visual presentations. Because Kevin has so often stood in the shoes of a litigant's representative in mediation he brings a perspective that lends well to successfully serving as the neutral for other parties.
